Payment & Shipping

We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We accept payments via Paypal. No account sign up is required and it is free.

Please allow 1-2 business days after your date of purchase for your items to be shipped. Items will take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered after it is shipped.



 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned only within 14 days of the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • The item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" is considered unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and able to be sold.

  • Good Days Brand reserves the right, to determine if returned merchandise is in like- new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Good Days Brand.

 

Exchanges

  • All exchanges must be done within 14 days of purchase.

  • Must be accompanied with the original order number, and the desired size and item.

  • If the item you are exchanging is not of equal value please contact us through email: contact@gooddays.us

  • Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).

  • If wrong item is delivered, Good Days Brand will cover the cost of shipping both ways.

  • If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment.

  • If address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us ASAP! (preferably within 24 hours).
